There is no rescue service and if something fouls up and no one's watching you, off you go never to be heard from again. Only a handful of people have ever sailed or gone kiting here. Access is the only issue. Just scout out the reef pretty well before you go. Ask the local fishermen to tell you where the coral heads are. Most of the dark spots are sea grass and you can go out about 50 meters before it's over your head.
